Color, Aroma and Taste: A wine of straw-like yellow colour with greenish tinges. The blossom is distinctly layered and complex. The exceptionality of the year and respect for the principles of ecological viticulture and wine cellaring are noticeable in floral-fruity notes, with which the sensation of bread crust is intertwined. In the mouth it is full, rich, fresh and ripe, and shy and flirtatious at the same time. Just as a woman aware of her charms, it plays to its strengths: harmony. A delicate mineral note gives the wine a pleasant saltiness and elevates it to the role of an exceptional aperitif.
This wine is made from biodynamically-farmed fruit. It’s complex but clean on the palate, with a persisting, long-lasting finish.
Color, Aroma and Taste: A wine of golden-yellow colour with copper hues. A complex flower takes us to blossoming shrubs and fruit stands, as it intertwines the scents of hawthorn and blackthorn, citrus fruits and pears. On the palate it boasts a rich body with an abundance of ripe fruit notes, with a mix of of some tropical fruits, especially pineapple. Color, Aroma and Taste: Dull yellow on appearance. On the nose this wine is a real aromatic bomb. It has a distinct aroma of sweet rose, coupled with light notes of pineapple. Judging on the smell, one would expect significant sugar residual, however the taste is unexpectedly clean and easy to sip. It exhibits a good balance between acidity and the perception of sweetness. Food pairing is best with spicier poultry and pork, and richer seafood dishes. This Traminec will preserve ageing for up to 5-8 years.

Color, Aroma and Taste: This sparkling rosé has a dull coral appearance, due to a short skin contact. Characteristic dark berries are spotted on the nose. Taste is elegant, fruity and sparks with freshness. A good representation of what Pinot Noir can yield in the terroir of Bizeljsko. Can be stocked for up to 5 years.
This wine is made from biodynamically-farmed fruit. On the palate it is provocative and seductive, of lively tannins and perfectly rounded, so it is not afraid to socialize with simple rustic and top quality city cuisine.
Color, Aroma and Taste: A wine of dark ruby red colour with vibrant purple hues. Precious notes of pepper shrub and pepper give a unique seal to a fruit blossom, in which the ripe red fruit is already passing into a jam. A bouquet of violets and blossoms of scented shrubs rounds the impression and announces the arrival of more complex aromas (leather, briar-rose). In the long aftertaste there is a softness, which is obtained by slow maturing in the bottle.

When tasted, wine first acts fresh and remarkably easy to drink. This is due to well-balanced acidity. Taste resembles vanilla, citrus flavours and fine wooden notes. Aftertaste sees the arrival of full bodied structure, which pertains to the character of Chardonnay. Good balance between freshness and body makes it a perfect match for scorpionfish from the oven with roasted potato and vegetables. Ageing potential at least 10 years.

Color, Aroma and Taste: Hues of pale red as a consequence of extended maceration. Nose receives an elegant balance of red fruits and a hint of wooden bouquet. Taste is rounded, medium strong, with herbal and fruity notes. Carries enough boost to support a decent dish. Food pairing goes also with asparagus-based dishes, poultry and creamy sauces. Ageing from 8-10 years.

Color, Aroma and Taste: Intense orange hue with cloudy appearance, which is due to the absence of filtering. On the palate, a delicious set of herbal notes, ripe fruits and aged notes prevails. In the mouth, this blend feels complex, yet elegant, but also so different. This play of 5 varieties is combined so as to embody the full-bodied character of Chardonnay, elegance of Riesling and Pinot Gris, as well as a hint of spiciness and complexity deriving from Traminer and Muškat Ottonel. Wine to remember. The aftertaste accents its full bodied structure, while the very end is loaded with impression of herbs. Food pairing is utmost rewarding when combined with rich seafood, such as red scorpionfish, octopus and also spicier continental dishes, like wild boar with herbal sauce or wild rabbit. Ageing potential at least 15 years.
