The fruitiness, specially the taste of the grapes persist in the mouth and its minerality is perceived. The finish is long and intense. Aftertaste sees the arrival of full bodied structure, which pertains to the character of Chardonnay. Good balance between freshness and body makes it a perfect match for scorpionfish from the oven with roasted potato and vegetables. Ageing potential at least 10 years.

Taste is rounded, medium strong, with herbal and fruity notes. Carries enough boost to support a decent dish. Food pairing goes also with asparagus-based dishes, poultry and creamy sauces. Ageing from 8-10 years.

Color, Aroma and Taste: Intense orange hue with cloudy appearance, which is due to the absence of filtering. On the palate, a delicious set of herbal notes, ripe fruits and aged notes prevails. In the mouth, this blend feels complex, yet elegant, but also so different. This play of 5 varieties is combined so as to embody the full-bodied character of Chardonnay, elegance of Riesling and Pinot Gris, as well as a hint of spiciness and complexity deriving from Traminer and Muškat Ottonel. Wine to remember. The aftertaste accents its full bodied structure, while the very end is loaded with impression of herbs. Food pairing is utmost rewarding when combined with rich seafood, such as red scorpionfish, octopus and also spicier continental dishes, like wild boar with herbal sauce or wild rabbit. Ageing potential at least 15 years.

Color, Aroma and Taste: The wine is crystalline with an intensive yellow colour and shades of amber. It's dense and it leaves viscous streaks on the edge of a glass. Its bouquet is intense and refined. The first nose is honeyed, later its fruity aroma of orange peel and dried apple slices prevails, combined with hints of pepper spiciness . The sensation of fruitiness and honeyed taste persist in the mouth. The finish is intense and long, mineral and fresh. A very complex wine. In combination with food it breaks down all the stereotypes : it matches perfectly with a fawn fillet.
